Running errands

Today I went to do some errands for my birthday, which is coming up on saturday. The big 23. We’ve decided to throw a small party just for family. With ‘we’ I mean Stacey and I, we are twins. Stacey is at school right now, so I went together with my mom. The big challenge is yet to come. The cooking. Yikes.

Man, I’m already tired for saturday.

Quite the day

Yesterday it was Alex his birthday and he celebrated it in Amsterdam. It was alright, he invited some friends to chill really. I got back home at 3 in the morning. So this morning I decided I’d sleep in. Ha. I woke up around 12ish together with Elliot.

I had a really laid back day. Just relaxed, watched Kung Fu Panda (hilarious!). But most importantly I enjoyed my time with Elliot. He was the sweetest ever today.

it’s been a while

It’s been, what 5 days since I’ve written a new post. This week has been hectic with work. My work needed someone for an important project (VenW) and that messed up my shedule. I had to put my other project (Kluwer) on hold and now I’m finally finished with that. But how was it finished…

Monday: Gone to Amsterdam and arrived at 9, but 2 hours later, I was on my way to The Hague for a meeting. Got home around 5.30pm.

Tuesday: Went to work at 12pm in Amsterdam, was there for 45 minutes and had to go to an interview in Zaandam, which was 45 minutes to travel. Had the interview at 3pm and finished at 3.30pm. After that I went to Delft with Elliot (my boyfriend). He had to get some stuff form his home there and then we had dinner in Rotterdam at 7-ish. I got home at 11pm that night.

Wednesday: I left very early for work, I got there at 8.15am. Yeah, I can’t believe it either. Way too early. Elliot took an early train and I decided to go with. So at work, I got the message that my day would be slow as there wasn’t any work for me. But I came with the briljant idea to work an my other project (Kluwer) and finish it. By 4 o’clock I gave in and went home.

Thursday: Alright, today I woke up at 6.30am, got ready and took the train of 7.49am. I was on my way to The Hague which is 2 hours from where I live. So today has been totally exhausting for me. 2 hours back and forth, 4 hours total. I had an appointment at 10am and made it. I worked on the project (VenW) until 3pm and made my way home. But my luck, my train was delayed for 15 minutes so I took another train which made no sense. Because I arrived the same time if I took the delayed train. Anywho. I got home at 5.15pm. Can you imagine how tired I was/am?

Tomorrow is friday and I couln’t be more happier. Last day before the weekend. Oh yeah. By the way, it’s my brothers birthday tomorrow. He will be 15.

It’s 22.10pm and I might go to sleep.
