World’s on fire is zo een goed lied. En een Hanson ‘oldie’ Where’s the love. Good stuff. Het wordt weer eens tijd dat Hanson naar Europa komt.

Zac Hanson een jaartje ouder

Ook niet onbelangrijk. Zac is gisteren 24 jaar geworden. Hoera!!

En gisteren was ook precies 4 jaar geleden dat we (Stacey, Marcella en ik) in Orlando waren voor hun concert. Geweldig! En ongelofelijk dat het alweer zo lang geleden is.

Het wordt tijd voor nog meer concerten…

Roze iPhone voor Taylor

Ha Taylor (Hanson) heeft een roze iPhone. Maar natuurlijk. Dat kan je verwachten van hem. You gotta love him.

I forgot to mention that Taylor Hanson became a daddy for the fourth time. He is really into the daddy thing. His son is named Viggo Moriah. I don’t know which humanbeing chose the name, because that is a no-no…

What a smile can do

Today on my way home I watched some podcasts of Hanson. It’s the documentary of the making of their album and the struggles they been through during that process. I can tell you that they have been through some rough times, but also great and succesfull times making their album. When I watched some parts, Taylor, Isaac and Zac were goofing around and just making music; the thing they love to do. And that brought a smile to my face. The whole process of writing and recording a song is amazing. What they do is amazing. ‘Till now I listen to their songs and (almost) every song has a special meaning to me. Even if it’s small, it’s means something. And that’s what music is all about. It makes you smile or cry, it brings you joy or sadness, but most importantly it has a meaning. Their music gives me hope.
